Edible Cricket Cookie Dough

You're definitely going to want to try this one...

This edible cookie dough is delicious AND packed with a little extra protein, B12, calcium, potassium, prebiotic fiber, and more. All it took was a tablespoon of 100% Cricket Powder. This recipe makes "two" servings, but let's be real, you're eating the whole thing yourself. I defintely did. Edible Cookie Dough for Two 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 2 Tbsp butter, softened 1/8 tsp salt 1/8 tsp vanilla 1 Tbsp milk (whatever kind you like) 4 Tbsp flour + 1 Tbsp 100% Cricket Powder, mixed and heat treated* 2 Tbsp Chocolate Chips 1. Start by mixing/mashing your softened butter, brown sugar, salt and vanilla together until well combined. 2. Next mix in your 1 Tablespoon of milk. Slowly add in flour+powder mixture, 1 Tablespoon at a time until you have a cookie dough texture. 3. Finally, add in chocolate chips. Mix until well combined. Voila! You have some scrumptious cookie dough ready to enjoy! *You should NEVER eat raw flour. Heat to at least 165 degrees for 15 seconds before using I chilled mine before enjoying with glass of milk, but it is ready to rock once ingredients are mixed.
