NOVA: Edible Insects

Anybody else LOVE watching Nova growing up?! I remember settling in front of the TV with my brother to watch it on PBS.

I was absolutely DELIGHTED to hear that they would be releasing an episode all about edible insects. While I think they might have overlooked a pretty cool cricket company...ahem...next time...I can't wait to watch the premier on October 20, 2021.
