Banana Chai Smoothie

The dog days of summer have you craving something cold and sweet?!

I like to have my smoothies in the afternoon rather than the morning, and this one hits the spot.  I am a BIG fan of Chai, so anytime I can incorporate it into things, I do. It ALMOST made the cut to be a taste tester bar... Banana Chai Smoothie 1 banana, frozen 1 cup milk (any kind you like) 1/2 cup of greek yogurt 2 chai tea bags worth of leaves (just cut the open and pour them in) 1-2 tbsp 100% Cricket Powder 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon Honey or Maple Syrup to taste Blend ingredients until smooth & Enjoy!
